Hi, I’m Robert — founder of Roma Coffee, a mobile espresso bar serving Long Beach and Southern California.

My professional journey has taken me through some demanding and meaningful chapters, including serving in the U.S. Army as an Airborne Ranger and later earning my Masters of Business for Veterans from the University of Southern California (USC). Those experiences shaped the way I approach business today: with discipline, attention to detail, strong communication, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.

Roma Coffee was built on a simple idea — to provide a reliable, high-quality coffee experience for events of every size. What began as a personal interest in roasting and espresso preparation evolved into a full mobile coffee operation, designed to bring the craft of specialty coffee directly to people and organizations across Southern California.

Today, Roma Coffee partners with clients for weddings, corporate events, private celebrations, festivals, and community gatherings.

Our focus is professionalism, consistency, and hospitality. Every drink is made with care, every interaction matters, and every event is treated with the same level of preparation and pride.

Whether we’re serving 20 guests or 500, my goal is to provide an elevated experience that reflects both the quality of our coffee and the values behind our brand.
